The steroid shot has helped her so much. She purred basically all day yesterday, and around dinner time last night she was following me around the house. She played with my shoe laces and rubbed on my legs as I cooked dinner. Her breathing seems to have returned to normal and her pupils are the same size again. We know it won’t stay this good forever, but for now we have our little Bella back.

She woke me up at 2 am munching away and then I could hear her in her litter box. I didn’t mind one bit to be woken up by her. I was just glad she was eating.

This morning she was at the foot of the bed. As soon as I turned my lamp on she started purring. She followed me into the closet and rubbed on my legs and purred some more. I filled her feeding bowl and she was munching again when I left for work. If it were up to me, I would be home with her still. But I have to pay those vet bills, so I have to earn that money.

Thank you all for your kind words and your prayers. God has granted us a miracle by giving us our Bella back even if its for a short time. Keep praying!
